How much is shipping?

We have standard shipping rates across Australia:

• ACT: $12.00
  NSW: $12.00
  NT: $15.00
  QLD: $11.00
  SA: $15.00
  TAS: $15.00
  VIC: $12.00
  WA: $22.00

We only ship within Australia and our current courier service provider is AusPost.
 

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to get your order dispatched within 2 business days after your order is placed. We expect delays after a long weekend.
After your order leaves Lucaffe, it should take between 3 - 7 business days to get to your place. Please email coffee@lucaffe.com.au if your order hasn't arrived one week after dispatch.
You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have still not received your order.
